Each of our products is an outcome of working extensively with designers with direct exposure to contemporary trends from global design centres, & made from high quality materials through a process compliant with international manufacturing norms.

That's why we back our products with a comprehensive Quality Assurance & Returns Policy to make the experience of each of our customers a pleasant one. 
- All products pass through anywhere between 3 and 5 stages of quality inspection by our experts. Every detail is inspected to ensure that you receive a high-quality product.
- In the rarest of rare cases of a product reaching you with a defect, you need not worry. Simply contact our customer care team, return the product to us and obtain a refund/ credit or a replacement if available.
Terms & Conditions
Assurance Against Defective Products
We shall be happy to process a return or a refund for any defective products. In the rare event of any product being received with a defect, simply contact our customer support team for assistance, which shall initiate a replacement in case of stock availability, or a refund. In most cases, the defective product is picked up within 48 hours.
7 Day Return Policy
In case you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the product within 7 days for an exchange or return. To be eligible, the product must be returned along with its packaging and box contents in merchandisable condition. Upon receipt of the product, an exchange with a product of equivalent value shall be issued, or store credit provided after deducting the shipping costs.
Replacement products will be typically shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and will reflect back in your account in 7-10 working days. In case of COD orders, it will take up to 20 working days for the Demand Draft to reach you.


In most cases, we will have the products picked up from your place within 48 hours of your call.

In case, Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the products through any courier service. We will reimburse the shipping cost in the form of a voucher upon receipt of products. This voucher will be valid for 1 year and can be redeemed in your next purchase.


Ensure the items you would like to return meet our guidelines:
Step 1: Email us at info@thedecormart.com or call us to initiate a Reverse Pick-up.
Step 2: Put the items in its delivery box along with the original invoice.
Step 3: Seal the box ensuring that all sides are properly closed and keep it ready for our logistic partner to collect.
Step 4: Kindly email us the AWB or Reference number at info@thedecormart.com.
